YOU CAN ATTEND LIVE WEEKLY ONLINE CLASSES VIA ZOOM OVER THE COURSE OF 6 WEEKS, STARTING SUNDAY 28 MARCH OR IF YOU PREFER, YOU CAN CATCH THE REPLAYS AND WATCH IN YOUR OWN TIME.
Everyone will have access to weekly replays. These are made available usually 24 hours after each live event. You get to decide if you would like to be on camera or off. I encourage everyone To be comfortable so showing up in your PJ’s or comfy sweats is exactly what this space is about!
