Anxiety Relief Meditation



Anxiety relief meditation is guided meditation to help you reconnect with the body and anchor light into it. When you’re caught in anxiety you’re simultaneously caught in the mind. Once you remember how to tune back in to the body, the anxiety becomes managable and perhaps for you, will ease up. The is a tool, not just to help you cope with anxiety, but to begin to transform it.
