The Second Trimester of Pregnancy – A Guided Meditation



In this guided meditation there is a focus on supporting the needs of the mom, having her needs met allows for the baby to enjoy a sense of relief knowing that their mom is being refueled and renewed as she holds their little growing life inside of her. The relationship of trust with the breath and the body is deepened and the communion between mom and baby is given space to evolve into a deeper level.

Together, mom and baby enjoy a space that is held, loving and safe where they can experience the natural flowing harmony of the universe that is their home. In the second trimester meditation, we create a deeper, more intimate space for sacred union, one that both mom and baby will enjoy.
