Q How does personal responsibility fit in with sexual abuse? I’ve got a heavy past of sexual abuse ever since I was 6 years old. I’ve managed to take more personal responsibility for the events that occurred as I was older and I can see this for it being what it is and I can accept it. How do I shift my thoughts from victimhood? I’ve tried to lose the judgement. I’ve sat there accepting. I own and appreciate that this was something that I came in to learn and that this is lineage healing and I’ve stopped the blame and the hate but I’m struggling with the 6-11 year old’s helplessness and taking personal responsibility for what happened as a child. My chatterbox brain throws spanners in the works of triggers and memories and how do I process though this? How do I authentically allow and accept what happened then? 1:11:20-1:25:25
