Use of Website
You agree to use the Website and Services for lawful purposes only. You must not use the Website to distribute material that is defamatory, offensive, infringing, obscene, threatening, or unlawful, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, or in any way exploit any part of the Website or Services, except as permitted by us in writing.
Purchases and Refund Policy
All purchases made through the Website are final. We do not offer refunds for digital downloads, energetic transmissions, guided meditations, private sessions, subscription based memberships, or any other product or service sold through the Website. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances.

Donations
Voluntary contributions made through the Website (“Donations”) are received in support of Kerry K’s independent teachings, transmissions, and community offerings. Donations are non refundable and do not create any contractual rights, services, or access to paid programmes. All donations are used in good faith to expand the reach of this work and sustain its accessibility for the global collective.
Plasma Light Tribe and Galactic Ground Crew Memberships
Participation in the Plasma Light Tribe (PLT) and Galactic Ground Crew (GGC) involves access to live calls, replays, community platforms, and energetic transmissions. These experiences may include the use of your voice, name, image, comments, or questions in live or recorded calls. By participating, you irrevocably grant Kerry K and associated operators the right to use, reproduce, and publish your name, voice, likeness, and contributions within recordings, with no obligation to edit or remove them. These recordings form a permanent part of the PLT or GGC library and cannot be deleted or altered upon request.
Participation in PLT and GGC is subject to change at our discretion. We reserve the right to accept or remove members at any time based on energetic alignment and integrity of the field. These decisions are made with care and are not subject to negotiation.
Voluntary Participation and Non Coercion
Participation in the Plasma Light Tribe (PLT) and Galactic Ground Crew (GGC) is entirely voluntary. By joining, you confirm that you do so of your own free choice, without pressure, persuasion, coercion, or undue influence of any kind. You acknowledge that you may leave at any time and that your continued participation is based solely on your own personal resonance and inner guidance.
By entering these programmes, you waive any claim that you were encouraged, pressured, or compelled to join, remain, or engage in any practice, transmission, or teaching. You understand that these communities are not therapeutic groups, religious organisations, or collective belief systems, and you retain full responsibility for your decisions, interpretations, and experiences throughout your participation.
Digital Products and Access
Upon purchasing a product or session, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided at checkout. This email includes your receipt and access link to the “My Purchases” page, which is also available at kerryk.com/client-area or through the Website’s main menu.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your email address is entered correctly. If you cannot find your purchase confirmation, check your spam folder. For further support, contact IT at admin@kerryk.com.
Membership Access Restrictions
Access to any membership, including PLT and GGC, is granted to the individual purchaser only. Membership access may not be shared, loaned, transferred, resold, or distributed to any other person. You may not grant access to family, friends, clients, colleagues, or any third party. Viewing content with non members or sharing login details is strictly prohibited.
Any unauthorised access or distribution constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate removal from all memberships without refund.
Use of Teachings, Methods, and Energetic Frameworks
All teachings, transmissions, processes, language, terminology, methods, frameworks, energetic structures, activations, and spiritual tools shared through any part of Kerry’s work, including but not limited to the Website, PLT, GGC, digital downloads, guided meditations, calls, courses, emails, and written content, are the sole intellectual property of Kerry K.
You may not copy, teach, adapt, repackage, reinterpret, or use any part of Kerry’s material to build or offer your own services, programmes, workshops, modalities, sessions, or teachings. You may not claim, present, or imply any of Kerry’s work as your own. You may not offer entity clearing, activations, alchemy themed work, energy work, or any related service using Kerry’s language, phrasing, processes, or frameworks.
Derivatives, renamed versions, reframed concepts, or offerings inspired by Kerry’s work are strictly prohibited. All misuse of teachings or intellectual property will result in removal from memberships and the pursuit of legal remedies.
Creation of Derivative Modalities
You may not create, market, or offer any modality, method, process, course, programme, or spiritual or energetic service that is derived from, inspired by, or based upon Kerry K’s teachings, terminology, frameworks, activations, or transmissions. This includes modified, repackaged, or renamed versions of the same concepts. Any such use is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.
Prohibited Recording, Transcription, and AI Use
You may not use artificial intelligence tools, transcription services, screen recorders, voice to text applications, or any technology to capture, transcribe, analyse, store, or reproduce any part of Kerry’s content. You may not upload, input, or train any AI system, language model, or database using Kerry’s material.
You may not record live calls or replays in any manner. You may not convert meditations, transmissions, or calls into written text, summaries, or teaching materials.
Any such activity constitutes copyright infringement and will be enforced legally.
Private Sessions and Energetic Facilitation
All services provided by accredited Kerry K facilitators, including private sessions, SEA Sessions, or any form of personal energetic support, are offered as spiritual and developmental tools intended to support personal awakening and inner alignment. These services are not medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic in nature.
By booking a session or purchasing any facilitator led service, you confirm that you understand and agree to the following:
You acknowledge that Kerry K facilitators are not licensed medical professionals or therapists, and their services do not substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. No claims are made regarding diagnosis, treatment, or cure of any condition.
You understand that all sessions are energetic in nature and function through intention based transmission, whether the session is conducted live or as a SEA Session without direct interaction.
You remain solely responsible for your well being, choices, actions, and outcomes during and after any facilitated session.
Facilitators make no guarantees regarding results or experiences. Outcomes are personal, energetic, and often unfold over time in ways unique to each individual.
Facilitators are bound by confidentiality and will not share your personal information, comments, or session details outside the facilitation container, except where required by law.
You accept the inherent risks associated with the use of electronic communication technologies, including but not limited to email, phone, or video conferencing.
By engaging in any private session or facilitated service, you voluntarily release and hold harmless your facilitator, Kerry K, and any associated personnel from all claims, demands, suits, or liability arising from your participation. This includes any perceived or actual effects of the facilitation process, and you agree that no additional agreements, assurances, or guarantees have been made beyond those explicitly stated herein.
No Therapeutic Relationship or Mental Health Guidance
Kerry K is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, counsellor, medical professional, or crisis support provider. All teachings, transmissions, meditations, courses, and programmes are spiritual and energetic in nature and are offered for personal development and inner growth only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or manage any physical, psychological, or psychiatric condition.
If you are experiencing thoughts of self harm, acute emotional distress, mental health challenges, or suicidal ideation, you must seek immediate support from a qualified mental health professional, medical provider, or crisis intervention service. The Website, Services, PLT, and GGC are not substitutes for therapeutic or clinical care, and they are not designed to address emergency situations or provide mental health treatment.
By using this Website or participating in any of Kerry’s Services, you acknowledge that you remain solely responsible for your personal well being, mental health, decisions, and actions. You agree not to construe any teaching, comment, or transmission as therapeutic advice, and you waive any claim that suggests reliance on Kerry, her team, or her content for psychological or medical support.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, meditations, activations, course materials, transmissions, and other digital assets, is the intellectual property of Kerry K and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
