A Disturbance in the Field
There are times when we wake up and something just feels… off. It’s not depression, not anxiety in its typical form, and it’s not exactly exhaustion either. It’s an odd feeling, a dissonant hum beneath the surface of our day. When we can’t quite name it, we often end up naming ourselves as the problem. In the case of an interference wave, you are a delicious problem – and not in the way you might think. You are not necessarily the source of the discomfort, or the originator of the energy being sent your way. Rather, you are the one who is rising in frequency, regaining your power, realigning with your higher consciousness, returning to the natural divine order from which you came. And in that process… well, then you become a delicious problem. Delicious because you are rippling light everywhere, and problematic to the false matrix, which is scrambling to contain the overflow of that light.
When I speak about The Interference Wave, I’m not referring to a metaphor, but to a very real pattern in the energetic field, a disturbance seeded into the collective consciousness with one purpose: to destabilize your light. Your light is unsettling to the darkness that seeks to remain hidden. In retaliation, it does everything it can to keep you from ascending to a place where it can no longer reach you. For years, my focus has been on guiding you through the waves of incoming light, cosmic activations, and the powerful energetic upgrades that accompany spiritual awakening. While those waves bring expansion, there are also waves that seek to contract, distort, and fragment. But it was never the right time for me to share this with you, until now. In the past, had I told you about a disturbance in your field, you may have given it more power than it deserved by focusing on it with fear and dread instead of empowered sovereignty. Instead of seeing it as an opportunity to ascend further into your light, you might have fallen deeper into density. Now you are ready, collectively we are ready, to take a firm grasp of our energy field and declare it to be an extension of our light rather than a place where darkness is free to reign and rule with reckless abandon. What Is the Interference Wave?
The Interference Wave is a discordant frequency inserted into our reality. Whilst it does not originate with you, it is crafted to mimic familiar sensations like anxiety, edginess, disconnection, or confusion. In plain and simple English – it is a disturbance in your field. It can show up at night in the form of strange dreams and disturbed sleep, or an unsettled “off” feeling during the day. It isn’t random, it arrives at a specific time, which is the moment when we begin to shift into a higher timeline and enter a point of no return. That point of no return is our next step; it is what we accomplish when we elevate the timeline to a point where darkness becomes so disempowered in it that it is rendered irrelevant. So do you see, this interference wave comes not because you are failing, but precisely because you are succeeding.
As a broadcast, its nature is subtle at first, but once it finds an opening, it spreads into your awareness like an uncontrolled storm. Technically speaking, the Interference Wave acts like an energetic weather pattern. It is a deliberately orchestrated broadcast seeded through the fabric of consciousness— Like static over a radio, it distorts the purity of our own signal, clouding our connection to our inner truth. Just as white noise interrupts clear sound, this energetic static disrupts clarity, coherence, and grounded presence. You may feel unable to focus, emotionally wobbly, or find yourself in looping thoughts and reactive behaviours that seem to arise out of nowhere.
It’s important to remember that the interference wave does not create the pain; it amplifies it in a way that disrupts your peace and heightens your inner chaos.
How the Wave Interacts With Unhealed Trauma
The Interference Wave only gains power when it finds something to latch onto, giving it substance. That hook takes the form of unresolved emotional debris such as trauma, unprocessed pain, self-denial, and limitations. While these hooks are what the Interference Wave uses to gain a foothold, it’s essential to understand that they are not faults. They are simply parts of you that haven’t yet been witnessed, honoured, or alchemized. Something in you hasn’t yet realized that even your darkest, most painful, and deeply denied parts are sacred. These areas hold beauty, waiting to be revealed as the shadow dissolves – a beauty that’s unseen, yet always present.
Personal healing is never just for you alone. It’s a vital act of protection. When you transmute density — whether that’s unresolved trauma, unprocessed emotions, or limiting beliefs — you make your energy field less vulnerable to external disturbances, like the Interference Wave. You essentially remove the footholds that allow it to latch onto you. And when enough people engage in this kind of healing collectively, it strengthens the collective energy field, causing the interference to pass through without attaching or causing disruption. In this way, your healing becomes a ripple that supports the whole.
What’s the Difference Between Intuition and Interference?
This is one of the most important distinctions you can make.
Intuition feels clear, calm, and grounded – it’s the clarion call that lands not in words, but in a deep, resounding knowing. Intuition conveys a single, solid idea – it arrives with certainty, free of self-doubt and invites no debate. It resonates deeply in your body, and that resonance is translated into a grounded sensation – your recognition of truth. Truth always speaks in calm, anchored, feelings and it always feels real, even comforting.
Interference, on the other hand, is chaotic. It loops, spirals, clouds your thinking, and stirs inner conflict. One moment, you’re sure. The next, you’re overwhelmed with second-guessing, uncertainty creeping in. When you’re in interference, it feels like trying to tune into guidance, while a thousand static channels scream, drowning out any clarity.
Knowing this difference empowers you. When you’re confused, reactive, or emotionally flooded, it’s likely interference, not intuition. This clarity frees you from its grip.
Why Now?
These waves don’t appear randomly. Their arrival is a deliberate disruption, meant to thwart the ascension journey. This isn’t new. Interference waves have always been inserted at pivotal moments to splinter what would otherwise be an ascending timeline. The interference waves arrive to deflate, distract, and anchor density. Everything alive seeks to preserve itself, including the false matrix, which is trying to protect its own survival. Even though it exists in a synthetic form, the instinct for self-preservation within the false matrix remains. Just before we reach a critical bandwidth in our timeline, where the interference waves cannot reach, these tendrils of density reach out.
In the past the interference waves arrived through a broadcast system that was beyond our atmosphere, embedded into the fabric of our solar system. When the broadcast signal of the false matrix was taken down around 2012, it meant that these interference waves would no longer be arriving from outside of our direct environment. The Galactics orchestrated the take-down of what was beyond our reach, levelling the playing field and confining the clean-up of the false matrix to an area that we had direct access to – the programs we harbour within.
This time, the interference wave doesn’t come from beyond our atmosphere. It arrives from within our realm – through displaced entities, radio towers, and EMF signals. It’s the same wave, now channelled through a new delivery system. This is simply the echo of a control system in its death throes, desperately trying to reassert its dominance. Aware that many will no longer blindly permission darkness. Aware that the light embodied in so many humans has become a shield, protecting individuals from rogue frequencies like these.
The interference wave appears when you’re rising, when you’re on the brink of breaking through, when humanity steps into a higher octave of awakening.
They are reactionary.
They’re the echo of a fading control system trying to reassert itself.
Is There a Synthetic Element?
Yes, and it’s important to name it without fear. These waves are not always “natural” expressions of energy. While they often carry astral or entity-driven imprints, they can also ride the back of technology: media, EMF, 5G, and synthetic frequencies. The false matrix is creative in its delivery. But the source of power is not these tools. It’s our unconscious agreement with them.
When you reclaim sovereignty, you begin to unplug – not just from devices, but from the psychic consent you’ve unknowingly given to false frequencies.
How to Tell When You’re in It
Here are some signs of being in the wave:
• A general sense of unease, as if something’s off, but you can’t quite place it
• Sudden brain fog
• Intense irritation or despair without a clear cause
• Feeling watched or energetically invaded
• Looping thoughts of worthlessness
• Emotional heaviness or overwhelm
• Loss of joy, motivation, or sense of purpose
• A constant stream of mental chatter, thoughts racing without stopping, leaving you feeling mentally exhausted and out of control
If you’ve felt these, and they’ve seemed disproportionate to your actual life circumstances, you may be feeling the interference wave.
Can We Clear It?
This is a question of power. You don’t “clear” the wave like you swat a fly. You transmute its access. The wave still exists, but you place yourself beyond its reach. That’s where your mastery lives. With awareness and sacred neutrality, your field becomes less and less available to distortion. The hooks dissolve. The reactions fade. And eventually, you walk in the same world, completely untouched by its static.
So How Do You Work With It?
This is where sacred neutrality becomes essential. Not resistance. Not battle. Not bypassing with empty mantras. But presence. Awareness. Acknowledgement.
You begin by noticing what is, without dramatizing it or suppressing it. This is the art of sacred neutrality. If you feel the disturbance, meet it. Gently, without judgment. Then, simultaneously, acknowledge the light. Even if you can’t feel it in that moment. Acknowledge that it is here. That it is you.
When you observe both the density and the light through the lens of sacred neutrality, alchemy begins. The darkness loses grip. The light expands. The interference dissolves.
You are not here to be protected from darkness. You are here to transmute it.

What About Protection Practices?
Protection isn’t wrong. It’s simply a training wheel for presence. If visualizing golden light helps you feel anchored, use it. If you pray, pray. If you set intentions, set them. But remember – you don’t need to shield yourself from truth.
When you are fully present, interference cannot touch you.
Until then, use loving boundaries. Ask your field to hold only that which is true, organic, and aligned.
The Ripple Effect of Your Light
Every time you alchemize an interference wave within your own field, something profound happens – you weaken the wave for others. The energy that once sought to hook into you loses form. And the next person who might have felt the full brunt of that wave may now feel only a breeze.
In this way, your personal mastery becomes a catalyst for planetary service. Your role was never meant to be sacrificial, imagining that you’re healing the collective, but rather, yourself. Yet in so doing, the glorious ripple is that your light diffuses the bulk of the interference for the next person, and they do the same for another. Each alchemist through whom this wave passes, plays a part in its diffusion, and that part if far greater than any one person could think. By doing the work for you, you light the path for the whole.
You Are the Field Transformer
Don’t wait for the external world to settle down before you come home to your own peace. Don’t wait for the field to be quiet before you trust your inner voice. Don’t wait for the interference to end before you feel worthy of light.
You are the field transformer. The wavebreaker. The embodied alchemist.
Even in the presence of interference, you can shine. Especially in the presence of interference, you can ripple.
Not every wave that hits your shores is yours to carry. But every one is yours to meet.
So, if you find yourself in a space that feels off, wrong, or heavy without explanation—pause.
