Life is Simple, Like Quantum Physics

Understanding is the byproduct of healing, not the cause of it.

You don’t need to make sense to anyone.
And honestly … you don’t even need to make sense to yourself.

Simple like quantum physics

You are a cosmic, multidimensional being trying to understand existence through a mind designed to organise things into beginnings, endings, causes and effects. Meanwhile, at the quantum level, reality behaves in ways that refuse to sit neatly inside those categories. Light can behave as a wave and a particle, the universe is held together by forces we cannot see, and somehow we still expect our own path to unfold like a tidy set of instructions from IKEA.

Step one: awaken.

Step two: understand childhood.

Step three: release ex, locate purpose, achieve inner peace.

Allen key included.

Except life does not work like that.

So why do you expect your path, your feelings and those strange in-between places to line up into one neat, logical story? Why do you believe you must understand exactly where you are before you can allow yourself to be there?

All that overthinking, detailed analysis and mental storytelling is often the mind’s final attempt to remain in control. It keeps searching for the explanation that will make the feeling manageable, as though one more astonishing insight will finally allow you to release the relationship, settle the argument or make peace with the thing that still feels unresolved.

Here is what is actually happening.

The part of you that always needed a plan, a reason and a tidy story explaining why is beginning to lose its grip. As it loosens, you may hear the internal rumbling of something crumbling, but there is no need to panic. That is simply the distant echo of control realising it no longer has a permanent position on the management team.

You do not always need to understand why you are here.

Sometimes you simply need to be here.

Understanding comes afterwards

We imagine that if we could understand why something happened, we would finally be able to heal it. And so we go on a quest, searching for what we think is the holy grail of healing: the reason it happened.

We search for it like explorers entering the cave of wonders, armed with incense, a crystal and a headache forming from overthinking. We search for the spiritual meaning of the illness, try to decode the relationship, analyse the fight and hunt for the lesson, because surely the correct answer will unlock the door and let us move on.

Yet the why and the how often arrive after the resolution, not before. If I could put it simply, I’d say this: you don’t heal something because you finally understand it. You understand it because you finally healed it.

And that changes where the work actually begins. And that changes where the work actually begins. So perhaps the question is not only, “Why am I here, and what does this mean?” Perhaps the deeper question is, “Am I willing to be here?” Because you bring meaning to your life by living it, not by understanding it.

This is something I say in my teachings:

You cannot move on from where you are until you are where you are.

It is more than a lovely phrase to embroider on a cushion. It is how alchemy works, because you cannot transform what you refuse to meet.

Perhaps you can stop trying to outsmart life with an advanced calculus model explaining your illness, the spiritual meaning of your breakup and what the universe is trying to tell you, especially when you have not yet allowed yourself to feel the truth of where you are.

What if, for this moment, you could simply be here without a roadmap?

Not as resignation. As arrival.

Life is larger than logic

You cannot think your way through something unfathomable, and life is gloriously, inconveniently unfathomable. It is made of chaos and cohesion, perfection and paradox, and it was never going to fit inside the linear mind’s filing cabinet.

Life is simple, really. Simple like quantum physics, which is to say perfectly ordered and completely unwilling to explain itself to you.

At some point, you have to experience life without the safety blanket of understanding. You have to meet it directly through your presence, your body and your being.

That makes very little logical sense.

Which is rather the point.

The same universe that moves light across galaxies also guides an ant through a forest along a path that appears winding and chaotic yet somehow leads it home. From the galactic to the granular, life possesses an intelligence that does not need to explain itself before it moves.

And so do you.

You do not need to solve every mystery before taking your next breath. You do not need to understand the whole journey before allowing yourself to inhabit this moment.

The mind may not know where you are going.

Something deeper does.

Allow yourself to arrive here first. Understanding can catch up later.

One of the questions I’m asked most often after sharing something like this is, “But how?” How do I stop analysing and actually meet what is here? How do I move from understanding healing to actually living it? This is precisely why I created the Plasma Light Tribe. The PLT is where these teachings stop being ideas you understand and become something you practise, experience and embody. If you’ve been asking how, perhaps this is your answer.
