    This meditation helped me sleep almost immediately when brain was so, so chattery that I didn’t imagine it possible to quieten enough to fall asleep at all.

    Even when I then woke up about an hour later, I went back to sleep quite quickly on my own in focused breathing.

    Having connected with it only once so far, it’s already played a vital role in my personal life, given my resultant experience of feeling love’s unconditionality in a situation that was posing a struggle prior to the meditation.

    A Hugely freeing, “welcome home” shift.

    I will Certainly add the additional tips of the cool cloth (thank you Bryant!) & the slight weight on top of it on my forehead, as well as incorporate the back to front sloshing to go with the left to right side to side one.

    This is such a beautiful, soothing, luxurious and velvety meditation, if that makes sense! It just embraces you in a warm blanket of calm and relaxation. It quiets your mind and relaxes your body in such a gentle way. As expected, I wasn’t able to stay awake through the whole meditation, but I really wanted to hear the full meditation, so I listened in the early evening as well. It set me up for a calm and peaceful leadup to bedtime. 

    I highly recommend this meditation no matter if you struggle to sleep or not. It will definitely be part of my bedtime routine going forward. Thank you Kerry! ❤️

    Thank you, Kerry for this meditation! Holy moly wow!! 😆 I listened to it as I went to bed and oh boy, I didn’t make it 10 mins and I was out. My body was a paper weight, I didn’t move and I loved it! This was very helpful for me and needed. I haven’t slept that hard in awhile! Thank you!
