Our bodies hold more trauma than we consciously realise, it blindsides us when least expected, it gets confused for our sense of self and prevents us from living a life of grace, ease and connection to self. Letting go of trauma need not be traumatic. It can be pleasure-filled, powerful and peaceful as you explore who you are beyond the trauma and hardships of an old paradigm.
In this 80 minute intensive we are going to journey together to higher realms where release is not only possible, but automatic. The time for analyzing our trauma is long gone, this is the time to immerse ourselves in higher frequency energy and to more fully claim who we are as infinite beings of light and pure consciousness. When we access this light and pure consciousness we experience what could best be described as automatic-release where that which is lower in density, stuck or congested in our energy field is dissolved into higher truth. We then get to experience ourselves with more fluidity, freedom and ease.
You’ll get to experience the letting-go without you driving it so that your focal point is more on who you truly are and claiming that into embodiment.

I have done processes with Kerry K for about 11 years.
